First & Second Shift Lumberyard Attendant
If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you. Be part of a hardworking crew where your leadership directly impacts daily operations.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
FIRST: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm with overtime available
SECOND: Monday-Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm with overtime as needed based on delivery schedule

What You Will Be Doing
- Learning and performing order processing, packaging, and fulfillment
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Providing secondary machining services - with training to be provided onsite
- Working in outdoor weather conditions year-round - primarily under covered warehouses with close access to heated/cooled office spaces
- Assisting customers and communicating effectively with the team
- Supporting warehouse organization and upkeep
- Contributing to a safe and productive work environment
Skills You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment physical

Second Shift Lumberyard Foreman

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising yard, warehouse, and shop workers
- Overseeing receiving, stocking, pulling, machining, and loading of merchandise
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe yard and shop areas
- Managing inventory accuracy and adjusting databases as needed
- Assisting in planning delivery schedules and maps
- Training staff and participating in hiring, evaluations, and team development
- Performing inspections, maintenance checks, and operational duties
Skills You Need
- One to two years of related experience or equivalent education/training
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop and kneel
- Capacity to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
